In 2005, amid the emotional upheaval of a divorce and the demands of raising three young children, I set out on a personal mission: to understand the root of human emotions and behaviors so I could become a stronger parent and more grounded individual. Drawing on my background as a business analyst and a deep curiosity for psychology, learning, and human development, I began to apply analytical thinking to the many books and theories I had studied over the years.
The result was The Empowerment Principles—a practical, transformative framework designed to uncover the root causes of emotional responses and create lasting, positive change. I initially created it for myself and my children, but the impact was immediate and visible. Friends started noticing a shift in me—happier, calmer, more centered—and soon, they were asking to learn the model too.
Within weeks, I was sharing the principles with small groups. Despite each woman facing very different life challenges, the same core framework helped every one of them find clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of control over their lives.
Twenty years later, The Empowerment Principles continue to help people improve emotional wellness, restore life balance, and most importantly, build a healthy, loving relationship with themselves. What began as a personal healing journey has grown into a movement—one that empowers others to transform their lives from the inside out.
As the founder of The Empowerment Principles, nothing brings me more joy than guiding individuals through this process and witnessing their transformation—often in ways they never imagined possible.
